■ Ar. Pratik Mehta was born in 1985.

■ He stood 27th in merit list and a Gold Medalist in architecture and completed his masters in general Architecture

■ He has worked with Ar. Vikas Bhandari and associates, Pune for three years.He has also worked with Ar. Sunil Shelar, Bangalore.

■ He has worked on all types of projects in his career.

■ His aim is to create eco friendly environments and serve society in the best possible way.He loves to be familiar with modern technology but keeping in mind old proven construction technologies.He believes that aesthetics can be achieved in minimalistic way.

■ He is assistant professor at Architecture College at Sangli.He is Executive body member of IIA

While designing residences we always keep in mind proper utilization of space. We at our design studio always try to fulfill owner’s requirements through designing. We always keep synchronisation between vastuushastra and architectural planning. Our well designed spaces always accommodate perfect interior layouts.

Eco friendly building

We try to minimize energy consumption in every activity of building construction. Use of natural resources, use of solar energy, rain water harvesting reduces the energy load of building.
